Spicy Salsa
1 can (14 1/2 ounce) sliced tomatoes
1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chiles
1 1/2 Tablespoon dried,minced onion
1 Tablespoon chopped jalapeno peppers
1 Tablespoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons dried cilantro
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Combine both tomatoes,onion,jalapeno peppers,cumin,cilantro, and garlic powder in a heavy medium saucepan. With medium heat, cook for 7 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil, Take off the heat..let come to room temperature and serve with tortilla chips. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator...
Makes bout 3 cups
