Fried Prawns


I like the colour of the fried prawns.

It is so easy. I just mix some corn flour with egg. One beaten egg plus 100 gm corn flour.

Remove shells of prawns leaving the tail part. Devein the prawns. I did not marinate the prawns cause we are suppose to dip the cooked prawns into chilli sauce or ketchup for taste.

But you can marinate with chilli or curry powder or light soya sauce and seasame oil.

Mix the beaten egg with corn flour for batter. Coat the prawns in batter and deep fried them till golden in colour. Yummy.
