Deep Fried Toast with ham and prawn

This is so yummy.

Mixed chopped ham, chopped chestnuts, minced shrimps together with egg white and some light soya sauce and sesame oil. Mix them evenly.

Spread them on bread and deep fried till golden.
Ingredients
4 slices of white bread
8 ounces shrimps (estimate)
ham
2 chestnut
1 egg white
light soya sauce to taste
Method
Blend or chop shrimps to a paste
Chop or cut ham into cubes
Chop chestnut
Mix them evenly together with some light soya sauce and 1 egg white.
Spread them on bread (cut into triangles)
Deep fried them till golden.
Note: The bread burnt very fast, so need to turn the bread over and over again to prevent them from burning.

While the raw shrimp does not look appetizing, I'm sure that these babies are awesome! I think I'd rather eat them than make them though. :-)
