I know Oats is the best to help lower the cholesterol level . So I came up with this recipe.


Ingredients
Chicken Breasts/Chicken Fillets
Spices (can be curry powder, herbs, or your favourite spice seasoning) - spices are not cholesterol high
Egg white (not egg yolk cause all the cholesterol is in the egg yolk)
Oats
Lemon juice to replace salt
Method
Marinate the chicken with your favourite spices or herbs and egg white and some lemon juice.
Before baking, coat the chicken with oats
Bake them in oven for about 20 to 25 minutes at 200 Celsius.
If you prefer more lemon juice, can squeeze some lemon juice on them when they are cooked.
P.S. Not easy take care of a sick person but my brother in law did not complain about my food...lol.
