I found a big and a small puff mould or peanut cookie (kok chai) mould. This kok chai is a cantonese cookie. I hope I am successful in baking this. It will be my first time baking on my own. The last time was when I was a child helping my mom to bake the kok chai. We dont have mould during that time so we use a cup to cut out a round shape of the dough and filled some peanut in it and deep fried the puff.
This teddy bar mould is so cute, I have not decide what I am going to bake with this mould. Hope to put some photos of the cookies in later posts.

OOOooo Alice, they're so beautiful. Thank you so much for showing the cutters and molds..and telling a bit of the history. I always love it when you do the bits of history..it's fascinating to know the origins and traditions behind some of the foods we prepare. Good luck with the baking my friend,I know you can do it..
