Golden Fruit Compote

One  1pound 13 ounce can peach or pear slices
3/4 cup orange juice
 1/2 cup dried apricots
1/4 cup light raisins
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Into the slow cooker crock, combine undrained peach or pear slices, orange juice, apricots, raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg. Completely immerse fruit in liquid. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 6 to 8 hours.
Makes 6 servings
