Combine:
1 cup catsup
1 Tablespoon Worcestshire sauce
2 or 3 dashes botteled hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon celery seed
Simmer for 20 minutes on top of the stove
This is a really good one for ribs...or left over beef for sandwiches. Just taste and make sure it's not too strong. Sometimes I leave out the hot sauce..
