Carrot-Pineapple Toss

4 large carrots, peeled and shredded
1 cup raisins, soaked in 2 cups of water until plump
1 cup drained pineapple chunks
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Place shredded carrots,raisins and pineapple in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise and toss to coat. Cover and chill till ready to serve.
