1/2 cup peanut butter
One (6 ounce) pkg. caramel tidbits
3 cups mini marshmallows
1 can Chinese noodles
1 small can Planters Cocktail peanuts

Dissolve peanut butter and caramel chips. Pour over other ingredients,,,Pour into a buttered pan and chill.
